I have a few projects to share as a catch up. First is the bookcase I made for Paige. I thought about making individual books but chickened out of that much work, so I printed some rows of books and stuck them in, I think it looks pretty good and saved a tone of work.
As this is the 1/4 century year, I decided to keep a bullet point style diary of my thrilling life for 12 months. I made the pages from a couple of calendars which feature local scenes and wildlife as taken by a local pro photographer, and the cover is an op shop book I found that looked like it has never been read.
The cover pic is a wooden jigsaw I made and didn't really know what to do with. The other half will be shown further down the post. It looks so much like me!
My social group turns 30 next month and we're celebrating. I made 64 of these little treats and a basket to carry them - they only just fitted in.
Last but not least - I take photo's of the things I make and am going to print them and put them in this album. The cover is the other half of the jigsaw above.
