After making my first tassel back in February, I didn't get around to making any more until a few months ago. I made a couple in the regular style, then 2 months ago I thought of using an old set of Santa salt and pepper shakers that I had sitting unused in a cupboard for years. I quickly became addicted to making these and now have quite a collection of salt shaker tassels festooned around my craft room.
This one reminds me of the first telephone our family had, back in the mid 1960's.
